Professor Liu graduated from Harbin Normal University with a bachelor’s in 1994. He obtained his Ph. Degree in Physical Chemistry from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry in 2001. He joined Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry in 2002.

Professor Ge graduated from Northeast Normal University with a bachelor’s in 1994. She obtained his Ph. Degree in Physical Chemistry from Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry in Physical Chemistry in 2001. She accomplished her postdoctoral scholar in University of South Carolina and Hawaii Institute of Natural Energy during 2010-2015, respectively. She joined Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry in 2015.
